PET recycling plant “PLARUS” is the single enterprise working on bottle-to-bottle technology in Russia. It means that from used PET bottles RPET granulate is produced at the plant which in it’s turn is used for PET bottles production again. The mail peculiarity of this technology is complete identity of quality characteristics of produced RPET bottle grade “ClearPET” with virgin PET bottle grade.
ClearPET” has got Food Approval (Expert opinion No. 27.02.2012 326-18 from the Federal budgetary healthcare institution "Center of hygiene and epidemiology in Moscow region).
Usage of technology “bottle-to-bottle” allows prospective of waste-free repeated recycling of used PET bottles.
High-tech and highly productive equipment produced by the leading European manufacturers from Switzerland, Germany and Italy allows us to produce up to 30 thousand tons of RPET bottle grade "ClearPET“ per year.
